Shepherd strength.Golden heart.

Amazon is a big black shepherd mix who looks like a guard dog and loves like a golden. Gentle with kids. Serious about frisbee. Follow along and get a smile in your feed a few times a week.

Amazon saysI have one job. The frisbee. I take it very seriously.

Why she's here

Most of your feed doesn't make you feel better.

And the big black dog at the park usually gets a wide berth. Amazon is out to fix both, one catch at a time.

The scroll

Five minutes in and you're more wound up than when you started. Bad news, hot takes, ads.

The look

People see a big black shepherd mix and cross the street. They miss the wagging tail.

The question

Families who want a big dog wonder if a gentle giant really exists, or just looks good in other people's photos.

Every dog deserves to be judged by her heart. Amazon's job is to prove it.

The story of Amazon

I named my dog after the most stressful thing in my life.

I spent seven years working with Amazon sellers. Every seller had a different problem, and every one of them made me want to pull my hair out. So when a four-month-old black puppy came home on March 1, 2025, the name was obvious.

She earned it fast. From March to May she raided the trash, had accidents in the house and ate the carpet.

Then she grew up. Today she's the calmest dog in our house, patient with kids and happiest with a frisbee in her mouth. That's the dog I want you to meet.
